  • Developed and managed timelines and plans using Monday.com to coordinate in-person, hybrid, and online events and programs attended by up to 14,000 game developers, educators, students, researchers, and professionals from over 50 countries.
  • Coordinated 50+ speakers, scheduled multi-day program events, oversaw 30+ volunteers and 20 presenters, and managed vendors.
  • Handled program and event logistics, including venue selection, registrations, facilitator training, technology, and budgets up to $1M.
  • Organized Games for Change Awards, reviewing over 475 submissions to recognized games with significant social impact.
  • Increased diversity by 8x among judges for Games for Change Awards through outreach and referrals.

Events and Franchise Manager | meleap USA – Los Angeles, CA

  • Created schedules, organized tournaments, managed budgets, and drafted plans designed for 6 events, such as grand openings, international showcase at Las Vegas Amusement Expo, Mother’s Day tournament, and Introduction Event with up to 250 attendees.

LA Room Regional Manager | Real Escape Game by SCRAP Entertainment – Los Angeles, CA

  • Established 2 new locations for company, setting IT infrastructure, scouting venues, sourcing and coordinating with contractors, planning and managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with budget objectives.
  • Recruited, trained, and managed 30 staff members to run escape rooms with up to 100 daily customers; created staff schedules.
  • Orchestrated event-style games with IPS such as The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy and Attack on Titan, for up to 4 shows per day with up to 600 participants per event and budgets up to $100,000.
